Ryan Howard and Josh Beckett
share a rare gift, the ability to simplify complex hitting and
pitching skills mentally, visually and physically.
They can in effect, see a fast game in slow motion.
Many
talented players, even at the highest levels, are unable
to achieve the consistent performance they desire
because of little understood yet crucial elements of the
game; elements such as the relationship between visual
and mental lapses, on-field execution, and the
importance of confidence, focus, relaxation, attitude,
etc. It is precisely these key psychological and
physical performance elements that players, at every
level, can develop with Carmen Fusco.
Carmen Fusco has more than 33 years of professional
baseball experience. Under his instruction, he will help
players develop and hone key mental and physical skills.
He will instill in players the ability to apply those
skills in the same manner - every time - at whatever
level they play the game.
Our mission is to take baseball players as they arrive
at a pivotal juncture in their development and propel
them forward using the most advanced means at our
disposal. We believe this will give you, the player, the
edge in making training more specific to their
individual, desired needs. |
